Shipping Policy
All shipping is done via UPS. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value and weight of your purchase. We require a signature for all deliveries (YOU CANNOT WAIVE SIGNATURE DELIVERY) and we cannot deliver to P.O. BOXES. Please reference the chart below for the cost and the type of service. You can choose ground (usuallay 5-7 business days if the article is in stock. Please note that it may be longer; we cannot control UPS or Ex[ress (which is usually 2-3 business days if the article is in stock.)

Please remember that UPS DOES NOT DELIVER ON THE WEEKEND OR FEDERAL HOLIDAYS. If you order overnight or 2-3 day express it may take longer: all express methods apply only to business days.

We can also ship your purchase as a gift to another party if indicated that you would like the complimentary gift wrap. All prices will be deleted from the gift. Please note UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package and on the third attempt, the package is returned to Wee Soles. In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive an online credit for the returned goods.

**Please remember that you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Wee Soles for exchanges and/or edited orders. Please note that items may be out of stock and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of our of stock inventory with suggestions for replacement of out of stock items. If you do not accept the replacement option(s) suggested, a full refund of the out of stock item will be applied to your credit card. If, at the time of the original purchase, the product category shows that we do not have a specific size in stock, please note that you will not be refunded if you ask for that size in exchanging for a product that did not fit correctly.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes- the delivery address must be a street address. Orders to P.O. Boxes will be cancelled.

Gift certificates can be purchased online . Gift certificates can be used online, in store or via telephone order.

Returns and Exchanges:

Wee Soles prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return unused items in the original condition within 14 business days of receipt of item(s) and we will provide you with an online store credit, less shipping costs.

Please note the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless Wee -Soles.com has sent the wrong size or item.

Please note all returns must be sent via UPS or registered mail as we need a signature.

In addition, ALL SALE ITEMS, JEWELRY AND CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

Please include a copy of the packing slip that is included with each shipped order with a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise and any instructions regarding exchanges or online store credit.

Website Credits:

Upon receipt of returned goods (as per the policies above) the customer will be issued a website credit that can be used to purchase alternative products on Wee-soles.com

Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items:

You may only cancel your order via telephone, email of fax up to the time the order is shipped.

If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order and can only be returned for an online credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from.

Wee-soles.com may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available.

**Please check your email within 1-2 days of your order as we will email you if we have any questions of issues regarding your order.**

In the event of partial orders, Wee-soles.com will ship the items in stock and remove the out of stock items from your order for a refund of those out of stock items.

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Wee-soles.com will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price.
